Live your life with A healthy brunch

Kicked off my last Sunday morning with a healthy, nutritious brunch at Lohas Lifestyle Cafe together with the family. The cafe is located in the factory area in Kota Kemuning which is a factory in the pass converted into a health and beauty centre by Herbaline. Besides cafe, Herbaline Beauty Square provide other services like Herbaline Beauty SPA, Pepito Hair & Nail Studio, Yoga & Dance Academy and of course it's own Business Office. The whole place looks very nice and comfortable with its natural design with a lot of plants planting all around the building. Just for your information, the cafe used to own by another cafe named Little Ben, but then it was taken over by LOHAS. It has a personal quote "our food contains no MSG, preservative or colouring. All their foods were prepared by using fresh, natural, herbal ingredients, HEALTHY HUH?

a mixture of a normal teabag, slices of green apple, oranges, pear and last but not least "hong zhou" (it's a chinese kind of herbs)
